Instructions from Seller:

You will need to send me a good clear image of what you want on the tumbler, I do not accept any screenshots or anything copyrighted. Image should be 300dpi. If it's something you saw online and not copyrighted but is a being sold on Etsy or available on sites such as creative fabrica that can be sent as a screenshot so I can find it to download the file though a link to the exact image would work best. Any personalization needs to be double checked to make sure spelling , grammar etc is correct as I will copy and paste the text exactly as you send it I will not proof read it. I will also need to know the color or colors you want the text. Text style and size is up to me and I will match it to the design best as I can if you do not send me preferences on color I will match it to the design. I do ask that you let me know if the product to be personalized is for a man or woman so I can use proper fonts. *Disclaimer: Each tumbler is handmade and may have small imperfections or slight variations due to the sublimation process — these unique details make every item one of a kind. Our current processing time is 1 to 7 business days, which covers the time needed to make your tumbler. This does not include shipping time. All items are made to order and are completed in the order they are received.
